submitted by Kelly H. - |Recommended: NoNeeds improvement inside an out. Staff also. — You can hear your neighbors all around you. The water is nasty. Repairs take forever. Leasing office will tell you one thing then do the opposite. Leave you with unanswered questions. Trying to get you to check the Terms Conditions box is bullying you into more charges if they feel its fitting. I dont agree to the Terms Conditions but its the only way to send my review.

submitted by Darishay R. - |Recommended: YesDecent but not great — The property manager is willing to work with you on payment arrangements as long as you pay when you say you are going to pay. Neighbors can be really loud on a weekly basis. I feel safer that security patrols more often at night.

submitted by Anonymous T. - |Recommended: NoSandy Huett was the property manager she turned the property around for the better, she was friendly and helpful always ready to see any and all residents. The leasing office always had a warm friendly atmosphere and the staff seemed like they were happy to work there. Traci the assistant property manager was very friendly and still is very friendly welcoming she will hold your baby while you're discussing business with Sandy or with her. Traci has treats for your dogs but when I heard from my neighbor that The Lipton Group had fired Sandy and that they were firing Traci the assistant property manager and two of their maintenance staff I went into the office to talk to Traci and she still had that friendly,warm smile on her face I told her that I was going to miss her and that Lipton made a huge mistake letting them Sandy and Traci go I wish them both the best I know they are going to find better jobs they deserve it.

submitted by Terri J. - |Recommended: YesFairly New — I’ve only been here for a few days. The leasing office staff are very nice and professional. The maintenance crew took care of everything on my check list. The grounds are clean and well kept. But my neighbors are some what loud. But to me that’s kinda normal in apartment living. It was nice and quiet at night time. Everything else is good so far.

submitted by Kimberly S. - |Recommended: YesIt has gotten better after a 4year let down, keep up the good work — Its cool there where some things that needed to be worked out and they are making those changes for the better. I like the quietness, convenience of walking to stores, kids to play, even to bus transportation. Still a work in progress but I like it here.
